◆ Channel-type degassing reduces residual aluminum melt, minimizing metal loss; low maintenance costs, with quick and easy channel replacement.
◆ Facilitates rapid alloy changes. No heating devices or deep chambers are required, so at the end of each casting cycle, most of the degassed aluminum melt is converted into products. The residual aluminum in the degassing channel can be easily cleaned out, enabling quick alloy changes.
◆ Especially suitable for semi-continuous casting lines such as billet casting and recycled aluminum ingot production. In these casting processes, alloys are frequently changed without requiring excessively high hydrogen removal levels.
