Description

◆ HaiDe BDU box-type online rotor degassing unit is typically installed between the furnace outlet and filter box. The aluminum melt flows into the degassing unit chamber and exits through the outlet, achieving continuous online refining.

◆ The rotating rotor inside the chamber breaks down inert gases, forming numerous dispersed bubbles that enter the aluminum melt. The rising bubbles carry hydrogen and oxide inclusions to the melt surface, achieving degassing and refining.

◆ The BDU box-type online rotor degassing unit has been improved in multiple key aspects including chamber sealing, consumable lifespan, and aluminum melt surface turbulence prevention, ensuring safe, efficient, stable, and low-cost operation.
